Role:
we are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor within Tunisia. You will be responsible for defining the appropriate field mechanical maintenance policies and procedures maximising field production efficiency while minimising the total mechanical maintenance cost (production downtime spare parts manpower etc. coordinating with production and mechanical maintenance operations to guarantee the prompt safe and environment-respecting of all maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
you will be responsible for:
- Assuring mechanical maintenance plan definition
- Assuring field mechanical maintenance operative procedure definition and implementation
- Defining and implementing mechanical maintenance policy
- Coordinating with field production and mechanical maintenance operations to assure the maximum equipment availability reliability and maintainability
- Approving technical modifications proposals
- Reviewing failure and criticality analysis and recommending drawing to production operations
- Managing General Maintenance Contract
- Demonstrating personal engagement in the HSE domain while respecting policies and recommendations rules and standards
- Approving and coordinating corrective mechanical maintenance activities.

- Knowledge of Commissioning Start-Up: Commissioning and start-up
- Knowledge of Production Operations: Maintenance Management Predictive Maintenance Operations / Maintenance Advising
- Knowledge of Maintenance Operations: Mechanical Maintenance Telecommunication Maintenance Instrumentation Maintenance Electrical Maintenance Troubleshooting techniques knowledge
- Knowledge of Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities Maintenance Engineering Maintenance System Auditing Maintenance Advising in Project Phase Reliability/availability analysis technique knowledge Maintenance systems and policies knowledge
- Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity
- Knowledge of Organization Processes: Internal Standard Feed-back development and diffusion Technical audit and Design Review Documentation management
- Knowledge of Supports and technologies sector
- Required Technical diploma
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas Industry and maintenance engineering sector
- Fluent in English
