Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Our Habitas Qatar. As a key member of our restaurant staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Greet guests take accurate food and beverage orders and serve with attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly to requests and upsell menu items
- Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy periods
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
