Description

Sealy Mattress Middle East a proud operation licensee of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region invites applications for the position of Inside Sales Representative. As a family-owned company with a rich history dating back to 1990 we have established ourselves as a premier player in the high-end mattress market. Our collaboration with Sealy has enabled us to develop a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah Saudi Arabia solidifying our role as a key participant in Sealys global product offerings. We are committed to delivering exceptional consumer goods leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative product features alongside outstanding customer service. Joining Sealy Mattress Middle East as an Inside Sales Representative means being part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of sleep for our customers throughout the Arab world. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify and target potential customers to expand the client base in the MENA region.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to clients and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the companys sales system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive information.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management for analysis.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in inside sales preferably in the bedding and mattress industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the mattress industry and familiarity with consumer product trends is a plus.
  • Male
  • 25 to 35 years old
  • Preferably Saudi or Egyptian
