Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary
As a NetSuite Administrator you will blend a breadth of technical knowledge and experience with a risk mindset and creativity to develop ideas into solutions. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a growing team and to progress ones skills and career with development opportunities across our Risk business as well as broader business skills.Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain customisations and integrations on the NetSuite platform.
- Lead the technical aspects of NetSuite ERP implementation and customisation projects.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for NetSuite development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather and validate business and technical requirements.
- Develop custom scripts using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x leveraging SuiteCloud Platform tools such as SuiteBuilder SuiteFlow SuiteAnalytics SuiteTalk and SuiteCommerce.
- Manage complex workflows and integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and third-party platform integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite customisations and integrations.
- Conduct code reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT) for complex solutions.
- Document business processes technical specifications and integration workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science information technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with NetSuite platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x) Webservices HTML XML SQL JSON TypeScript etc.
- Demonstrated experience in system architecture object-oriented design and web frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Certifications such as SuiteCloud Developer I or NetSuite Foundation are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with version control systems particularly Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Exposure to common iPaaS systems especially Celigo or Boomi.
- Knowledge of custom PDF form designs EFT payment fileand proficiency with saved search formulas.
