Whats On Your Plate
Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
Determine the lowest cost for products & materials
Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases (cash flow)
Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
Search available products to find the best combination of quality price and delivery.
Identify damaged or defective goods and work out an alternative solution with the supplier.
Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality.
Track incoming inventory delivery time and note the actual arrival time.
Organize and update database of suppliers delivery times invoices and quantity of supplies.
Work with team members supervisors and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans
Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs.
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure all deliveries contain all items requested
Collaborate with finance team members on contracts invoicing and other financial matters.
Handle requests and creates POs for two separate management with different legal entity Tmart & Talabat
Keep an accurate record of all requisitions & orders
Qualifications :
What Did We Order
Experience in supplier negotiations and building relationships.
Experience in inventory management.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Clean and detailed work.
The ability to perform different tasks in parallel under pressure.
Very good communication skills in English Kurdish and Arabic.
