We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Cityscape Global sales team with a particular focus on selling to the European market.
Areas of Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Market Focus: Work exclusively on the Cityscape international market.
- Exhibitions Experience: Manage exhibitions and engage with highvalue clients; develop and submit proposals to attract new assets.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders and navigate challenging client relationships effectively.
- Individual Contributor Role: Act as an individual contributor responsible for driving sales independently.
- Client Management: Manage key clients while actively pursuing new accounts targeting major players in the market to bring them onboard.
Measures of Success:
- Personal revenue targets
- Conference portfolio revenue targets
- New business revenue against target/KPIs
- Number of net new logos and new subsidiaries of existing logos
- Forecasting accuracy
- Ability to follow process Salesforce / Forecasting / internal operations
- Pipeline conversion rate
- Achieve total revenue and profit targets monthly quarterly and annually in line with New business Sales Strategy
- Individual Development plan in place embracing Sales Excellence
- Work with the Tahaluf team to deliver solutions and share best practices
- New business/Customer development plan objectives v. achievements
Qualifications :
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven track record (810 years) in the exhibitions industry specifically managing highvalue clients
- Demonstrated success in developing and presenting compelling proposals to potential clients
- Experience in bringing new assets and innovations to exhibition projects
- Strong background in managing senior stakeholders and navigating challenging client relationships
- Experience selling to the European market
