Traffic Manager
The Role
Were seeking a creative and dynamic Traffic Manager to join our fastpaced embedded team onsite with our Riyadh client. The ideal candidate will have experience across all areas of production and postproduction. You will lead an execute client campaigns across multiple channels whilst working closely with our production team. Ensuring projects are planned and delivered to strict deadlines and budgets. If you have a proven track record a passion for creative excellence and a desire to deliver impactful content for a global audience this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Time management of highquality content that meets project goals collaborating effectively with client stakeholders client agency teams and Hogarth teams.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
- Estimate manage and oversee projects from concept to delivery ensuring creative excellence adherence to deadlines and budget compliance.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Oversee and manage daytoday production teams schedules across multipul creative development shoot and postproduction projects.
- Meticulous tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to project success such as ontime delivery rates budget adherence and client satisfaction.
- Set Up and attend status meetings on a regular basis with all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Explore and develop new avenues of potential work.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for thisTraffic Managerrole will have7 years of experiencein traffic management production coordination or project management within a creative environment. They should be:
- A highly organized project manager with a strong ability to plan schedule and oversee multiple projects across production and postproduction.
- An excellent communicator capable of maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams client stakeholders and external partners.
- Experienced in creative production with a deep understanding of workflows timelines and budget management.
- A strategic thinker able to anticipate potential bottlenecks troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- A peoplefocused leader skilled in managing and coordinating production teams while fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Detailoriented and analytical adept at tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project timelines budget adherence and client satisfaction.
- Processdriven committed to streamlining operations optimizing workflows and improving overall efficiency.
- Clientfocused dedicated to delivering highquality results while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.
- A problem solver able to adapt quickly to changing project needs and find innovative solutions under pressure.
- Comfortable in a fastpaced highpressure environment capable of handling multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
