JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Transformation Analyst to lead and support digital transformation initiatives over a oneyear engagement. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in aligning digital strategies with business objectives implementing IT governance and ITSM processes and delivering measurable results in technologydriven projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Transformation Initiatives:
- Design implement and oversee digital transformation strategies that align with the organizations business goals and objectives.
- Evaluate current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for transformation and innovation.
IT Governance and ITSM Processes:
- Establish and implement IT governance frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee ITSM processes including ITIL implementation and the use of ITSM tools to improve service management.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop implement and monitor IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance on policy updates and process improvements.
Project Management:
- Manage digital transformation projects using PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to deliver projects on time within scope and within budget.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:
- Develop and maintain IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Ensure robust systems and processes are in place to mitigate risks and ensure operational resilience.
Information Security and Risk Management:
- Assess and mitigate risks related to information security and ensure alignment with best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective security measures.
Service Reporting and Performance Management:
- Develop KPIs and service performance metrics to monitor and evaluate IT services.
- Manage SLA and OLA agreements ensuring alignment with service delivery goals.
- Budget Management:
- Manage IT budgets including CAPEX and OPEX to optimize resources and achieve costefficiency.
- Provide regular budget reports and recommendations for financial planning.
QUALIFICATION:
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in digital transformation innovation management consulting or related fields.
- Handson experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives and ITSM processes.
- Proven track record of developing and executing IT governance frameworks policies and strategies.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of ITSM tools ITIL implementation and best practices in service management.
- Experience in IT business continuity disaster recovery planning and risk management.
- Familiarity with service reporting KPI development and SLA/OLA management.
Certifications:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certified (or equivalent project management certifications).
- ITIL certification is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Budget management experience including CAPEX and OPEX planning.
