Maintain and update employee records and files in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and system updates.
Payroll Management:
Coordinate monthly payroll data ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Liaise with finance and external providers on payrollrelated matters.
Job Analysis & Descriptions:
Support in conducting job analysis and updating job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs.
Assist in job evaluations and grading exercises.
Assessments & TNA:
Participate in designing and administering employee assessments.
Conduct training needs analysis to support learning and development plans.
Culture & Engagement Initiatives:
Support HRled cultural initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Assist in organizing internal events and campaigns that promote company values and culture.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2 4 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid understanding of local labor laws and payroll procedures.
Strong attention to detail confidentiality and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
