Our Client is seeking a Contracts Manager to administer contracts in accordance with contract procedures and resolve claims within the period provided for in the relevant contracts. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of commercial/contracts and financial elements of the project. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Administer contracts in accordance with contract procedures and resolve claims within the period provided for in the relevant contracts.
Manage and maintain all aspects of commercial/contracts and financial elements of the project.
Oversee the sector procurement as the initial consultant for support raising items and working with the Procurement department as the team key focal point.
Administer ongoing contracts including monitoring contractor and compliance with the Contract documents. Investigate problems and recommend corrective actio.
Provide service and manage accounts as the Key Account/Contract Manager within the Origination: Sales I&C Customers Service Desk team.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracts management preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law administration and management principles.
Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
