Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a variety of online marketing channels and a proven track record of working within digital marketing agencies. The role requires extensive experience in B2B marketing with the primary objective of transitioning into a Digital Account Manager position. This is a seniorlevel role requiring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients becoming their primary point of contact for all digital account needs. Ensure client satisfaction through continuous engagement and feedback loops.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and completion of client projects adhering to timelines and maintaining quality standards. Effectively manage time and resources to deliver optimum results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to align on client needs and project objectives leveraging each team members strengths to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and updated on project status and any arising issues.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate solid technical experience with digital tools and platforms. Provide clients with insightful and practical digital solutions to enhance their operations.
  • Language Proficiency: Utilise excellent English language skills for crafting reports emails and presentations to ensure professional and clear communication.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional ability in Time Management for juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong focus on Customer Service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Outstanding Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear articulation of ideas and feedback.
  • Extensive Technical Experience with digital platforms and a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  • Superior English Proficiency for effective client and team communication.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B strategies.
  • Proven experience working within digital marketing agencies.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO PPC social media marketing content marketing and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics SEMrush HubSpot and others.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Previous experience in a Digital Account Manager role or similar clientfacing position.
    Certification in Google Ads Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
