Role Overview
We are searching for a detailoriented and analytical Email Deliverability Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in optimizing email campaigns and ensuring high deliverability rates. The perfect candidate will have a deep understanding of email systems and be adept at troubleshooting diverse deliverability challenges.
Email Deliverability Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze email delivery metrics to identify trends and issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve email deliverability and ensure the effectiveness of email campaigns.
- Manage relationships with ISPs and email security organizations to mitigate deliverability obstacles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve email performance issues and maintain a high sender reputation.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and updates related to email deliverability techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align email practices with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance email system configurations and policies.
Requirements for Email Deliverability Specialist
- Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Marketing Communications or a related field; 3 years of experience in email deliverability management or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in email protocols (SMTP DNS SPF DKIM DMARC) and email marketing tools/software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to assess and interpret complex deliverability reports.
- Problemsolving: Ability to proactively identify issues and develop solutions to optimize email deliverability rates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of articulating complex technical issues to nontechnical audiences.
- Detailfocused: Exceptional attention to detail and precision in managing data and configurations.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay current with industry trends and ongoing developments in email technology and deliverability tactics.
