Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the medical software market
Identify qualify and convert new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
Manage and grow existing client accounts ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Understand and address client needs and provide tailored software solutions
Utilize CRM software to track leads manage customer relationships and report on sales performance
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Stay uptodate on industry trends competitor products and market dynamics

Job Type: FullTime
Qualifications:
3 to 4 years of sales experience in the medical software or healthcare technology industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its software needs
Handson experience with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc. to manage leads track customer interactions and forecast sales
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and influence decisionmakers
Strong problemsolving and consultative selling skills
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare or related field (preferred)
