Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies for medical and pharmaceutical products. This role involves identifying key accounts managing relationships with healthcare professionals optimizing pricing strategies and participating in industry events. Additionally the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure continued success and market expansion.
Main Responsibilities
General Administrative Duties
- Prepare monthly reports on sales activities market trends and achievements.
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance sales performance.
- Assist in the talent acquisition process to build a highperforming sales team.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Medical Director.
Technical Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the companys medical and pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct regular sales visits and meetings to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Analyze sales data and identify key opportunities for business growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decisionmakers.
- Keep track of competitor activities pricing strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to define pricing strategies that align with customer needs and company objectives.
- Participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
- Educate clients on product features and benefits through presentations product demonstrations and training programs.
- Implement customer loyalty and retention programs to drive longterm business success.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effective promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Science Healthcare Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior sales management role preferably in a national capacity.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions.
- Leadership and Initiative: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
