BG Global Recruitment is hiring a Production Controller for a wellreputed food processing company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring production efficiency managing productivity metrics and ensuring seamless administrative processes related to workforce attendance absenteeism and outsourced labor. This role requires close coordination with line supervisors employees and external contractors to optimize production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and review production employee attendance records ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and control headcount including outsourced employees to ensure workforce efficiency.
- Manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on production lines including engineering and R&D trials.
- Add and monitor new SKUs ensure proper assignment to forms and oversee Finished Product Packaging (FPP) verification in line with GEMBA KPIs.
- Actively participate in SEO unit meetings to align and streamline production operations.
- Implement and improve Health Safety and Environment (HSE) management systems reporting all hazards accidents and deviations.
- Provide administrative oversight and supervision identifying risks and hazards associated with production activities.
Requirements
A 3year Diploma in Administration or any relevant qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in timekeeping attendance management or productivity monitoring within a manufacturing or food processing environment.
Proficiency in SAP for managing procurement and production data.
Strong understanding of workforce planning attendance tracking and productivity control.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing continuous improvement processes and HSE standards.
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities.
