We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lawyer to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Position Overview: As a Lawyer at Freelancerprox you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients and the company. You will work closely with our team of legal professionals and assist in managing legal matters related to our platform and operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support to clients and the company on a wide range of legal matters including contract negotiations intellectual property and regulatory compliance Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations Draft and review legal documents including contracts agreements and policies Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation as needed Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management Stay uptodate with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company Develop and maintain relationships with external legal partners and advisors Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal matters Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to legal compliance Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law or a related field Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Lawyer preferably in a corporate or technologyfocused environment Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Proficiency in English and Arabic Experience in contract drafting and negotiation Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy If you are a highly motivated and skilled Lawyer with a passion for technology and innovation we would love to hear from you!
