Glasgow or Edinburgh Permanent 36 years PQE
We are hiring for our client a prestigious Tier 1 law firm seeking an IP/Data Lawyer to join their highperforming team. The Role:
- Advise highprofile clients on complex IP data protection and technology law matters
- Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance including GDPR and other data protection frameworks
- Work on highvalue transactions negotiating and drafting commercial agreements related to IP and data assets
- Engage in dispute resolution and litigation concerning intellectual property and data privacy issues
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management
The Person:
- 36 years PQE (flexible) with experience in IP data protection or technology law
- Strong knowledge of UK and EU data protection regulations including GDPR
- Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice to corporate clients
- Experience in contract negotiation and drafting for data and IPrelated matters
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
