Job Summary
- Diagnose and fix problems with computers laptops printers and mobile devices.
- Answer user requests and support tickets via phone email or chat.
- Install and configure operating systems software programs and hardware peripherals.
- Monitor basic local network connections and fix connectivity issues.
- Create employee accounts reset passwords and manage access permissions.
- Log support calls track repairs and document fixes in a ticketing system.
- Teach staff how to use new hardware and software safely and correctly.
Requirements
- National Foundation Certificate National Certificate National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Systems or equivalent.
- 5 O levels including English and Mathematics.
- Strong knowledge of Windows macOS or Linux operating systems basic networking and hardware repair.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on technical or customer service experience.
- Good problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
