Job Summary
- Lead networks servers storage virtualisation cloud and hybrid platforms.
- Manage capacity performance upgrades and technology refreshes.
- Manage ISPs WAN links internet telecommunications and voice services.
- Monitor supplier SLAs costs and service quality.
- Oversee the ICT service desk and escalations.
- Apply ITSM across incidents problems changes and service requests.
- Monitor SLAs KPIs and user experience.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Define Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).
- Conduct testing and support business continuity planning.
- Enforce ICT standards and maintain documentation.
- Support audits and ISO/IEC 27001 alignment.
- Collaborate with Information Security on secure configuration.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems Network Engineering or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience.
- Multi-site operations ITSM lifecycle and vendor/ISP management experience.
- FMCG manufacturing warehouse or operational technology (OT) exposure is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of agricultural commodity trading the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and a track record of keeping operations running efficiently and cost-effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
