Job Summary
* Supervise warehouse managers.
* Collaborate with plant quality sales and finance teams for operational matters.
* Coordinate with sales to ensure inventory availability at depots.
* Ensure compliance with storage and quality standards.
* Design and implement processes to control theft leakage expiry and shortages.
* Plan and execute daily stock transfers and sales order dispatches.
Requirements
* Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning skills and the ability to forecast based on historical data and market trends.
* Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data optimize processes and support decision-making.
* Candidates should possess expertise in Supply Management.
* Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize waste and shortages.
* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business or a related field is preferred.
* Experience in manufacturing FMCG or beverage industry supply chain roles is an advantage.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel SAP knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
