Job Summary

Design deploy and maintain effective SHEQ management systems across all project phases.

Perform systematic risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with national regulatory requirements and international ISO certifications.

Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science or related field.

2. Certificate in OSHEMAC.

3. Valid first aid and firefighting certificate.

4. 2 to 5 years of SHEQ experience in construction sites.

5. Strong leadership conflict resolution and communication skills.

6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital incident-reporting tools.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
