Job Summary
- Formulate and enforce effective sales and marketing protocols to boost the commercial success of seed offerings.
- Direct research and development activities to uncover new income opportunities and fortify business processes.
- Deliver agronomic guidance manage seed distribution and facilitate training workshops and field demonstrations for farmers to guarantee product efficacy.
- Roll out focused marketing campaigns in partnership with advertising firms and media channels.
- Supervise the complete budgeting cycle from initial drafting and approval to ongoing review of operational and sales expenditures to maintain financial coherence.
- Perform thorough market analysis and evaluate customer insights to enhance organizational efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
- Serve as the company representative at regional and local industry expos and trade fairs to strengthen brand reputation and product recognition.
- Organize events and promotional activities to nurture key stakeholder connections and enhance public perception.
- Possession of a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related discipline is mandatory.
- Professional certification or membership with a relevant industry association is strongly preferred.
- At least five years of pertinent industry experience is required including a minimum of three years in a senior leadership role.
Required Skills:
Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of production workers including training scheduling and performance management. Provide guidance and support to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize workflow. Ensure that machinery and equipment are operating correctly and safely. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues. Maintain accurate production records including output downtime and quality reports. Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and issues to management. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials. Manage stock control and ensure that production materials are used efficiently. Requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering manufacturing business management or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
