Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy: Manage and grow our social media pages (Facebook WhatsApp Instagram and X).
Content Creation: Design engaging flyers videos and copy showcasing our roofing products.
Lead Generation: Run targeted online ad campaigns to attract contractors builders and homeowners.
Direct Sales: Conduct physical site visits follow up on leads and close sales deals.
Customer Relations: Respond promptly to online inquiries provide accurate quotes and offer excellent after-sales support.
Market Research: Monitor competitor activities construction trends and customer needs in the region.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing (experience in hardware construction or manufacturing is a major advantage).
Proven track record of managing business social media pages and running paid ads (Facebook Ads Google Ads).
Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) and video editing apps.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Clean Class 4 Drivers License a must.
Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Masvingo.
