Job Summary
Lead and coordinate implementation of programme activities and projects
Monitor programme and project performance budgets workplans and deliverables
Ensure compliance consolidate and timely submit quality narrative and progress reports and other
stakeholders
Produce knowledge products regularly and facilitate documentation of lessons learned success
stories and best practices
Represent the organization at relevant meetings and coordination forums as assigned
Support management for high level stakeholder engagements with Government and other stakeholders
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time. Lead fundraising and resources mobilisation for the Programme Pillar
Lead the development of the Pillar and support Project Officers to achieve planned results
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Peacebuilding Development Studies Social Sciences Conflict and Transformation or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant programme or project management experience including senior
programme Officer position
Demonstrated experience in implementation of projects related to Dialogue Peace and Social Cohesion.
Strong report writing planning coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
