Job Summary

1. Lead the execution of corporate strategy business transformation and diversification initiatives.

2. Ensure effective corporate governance regulatory compliance and institutional accountability.

3. Provide oversight of core operations.

4. Drive revenue growth financial sustainability budgeting and audit compliance.

5. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government regulatory bodies and private sector stakeholders.

Requirements

* A relevant Masters degree such as MBA/MBL.

* Bachelors degree in Engineering Transport Management Business Administration or related field as an added advantage.

* Membership of a recognized professional body.

* Minimum 10 years experience at senior executive management level.

* Proven experience managing large complex multi-division organisations.

* Strong knowledge of Zimbabwes public sector governance systems and procurement frameworks

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
