Job Summary

Support the implementation of HR policies procedures and programmes.

Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.

Maintain employee records and personnel files.

Update employee information and process HR transactions using the Belina system.

Assist with leave attendance benefits contracts and other personnel documentation.

Support employee relations disciplinary matters grievances and performance management.

Prepare HR reports submissions and correspondence.

Assist with training needs and provide HR support to employees and management.

Protect the confidentiality accuracy and integrity of HR information.

Requirements

Higher National Diploma or professional qualification in Human Resources Management.

A degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage.

At least three years HR experience preferably in the public sector.

Practical experience using Belina Payroll is mandatory.

Knowledge of HR policies labour legislation and HR administration.

Strong analytical communication interpersonal and report-writing skills.

Microsoft Office proficiency integrity and attention to detail.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
