Job Summary
* Oversee daily hotel operations: Front Office Housekeeping F&B
* Staff management training & scheduling
* Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints
* Budgeting cost control & revenue maximization
* Marketing and liaising with clients & tour operators
* Ensure compliance with health safety & licensing standards
Requirements
* Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management
* Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial role
* Strong leadership communication & customer service skills
* Computer literate
* Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends & public holidays
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree and/or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Tools preferred. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment in roles such as Deputy Manager Assistant Operations Manager or Hotel Manager.
