Job Summary
Develop and execute the property and real estate strategic business and operational plans and initiatives to grow the asset base.
Manage Zimposts immovable property portfolio while pursuing and exploring the full range of opportunities in the real estate business.
Manage sales valuation property management and land development projects.
Act as the Companys Registered Agent and overseeing the Trust Account and ensure that business is conducted in compliance with regulations.
Spearhead immovable assets growth strategies through land acquisition building maintenance and modernization
Oversee rentals or leases of properties.
Review plans for new construction with clients enumerating and recommending available options and features
Manage all Zimpost Properties and ensure that all property portfolio management issues comply with legal provisions.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Rural & Urban Planning or equivalent
MBA MBL MSc or any other professional qualification e.g. National Diploma in Real Estate is an added advantage
Must be a Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe
5 years experience at supervisory level
