Job Summary

1. Pre pack and issue prescribed medications to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or Pharmacist.
2. Track Stock levels monitor expiry dates and ensure the proper storage conditions for sensitive drugs.
3. Explain dosage instructions frequency and basic side effects of drugs to patients.
4. Updating daily dispensary registers and electronic stock systems.
5. Maintaining of hygiene in the pharmacy.

Requirements
1. At least 5 Ordinary Levels including English and Mathematics.
2. A HEXCO recognized dispensary assistant / pharmaceutical certificate or the equivalent.
3. At least one-year practical experience working in a medical dispensary unit clinic or retail pharmacy.


Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10 years of progressive sales management experience in the healthcare pharmaceutical or medical devices industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex high-volume markets. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching performance evaluation and talent -depth knowledge of the Indian healthcare ecosystem including hospital procurement processes regulatory frameworks and distribution networks. Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) MS Office Suite and data analysis for performance tracking. Willingness to travel extensively across South India including states such as Tamil Nadu Karnataka Kerala Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Demonstrated integrity ethical judgment and commitment to compliance with industry standards and codes of conduct.
