Job Summary

Support the Headmaster in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school.

Inspire mentor and develop staff while promoting excellence in teaching learning and assessment.

Demonstrate outstanding leadership organisational communication and problem-solving skills.

Build strong relationships with pupils parents staff and the wider community.

Uphold the schools Catholic ethos - the candidate should be a practising Catholic and actively supportive hould be a practising Cathonc and supportive of Catholic values/mission and be ready to lead and work/participate in Roman Catholic religious activities and contribute to the Colleges sporting cultural and co-curricular programmes

Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding child protection wellbeing and innovative 21st-century educational practices.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Education or equivalent (Masters Degree an advantage)

Minimum of 10 years teaching experience

including 5 years in a leadership role. including year

Experience in a Cambridge ATS ISASA international or in comparable independent school. High level of computer literacy and educational technology skills.

Near-native proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowiedge of Cambridge and ZIMSEC and any other internationally recognised curricula.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
