Welcome customers and advise on fasteners tools & technical specs
Process sales quotations and POS transactions
Maintain product knowledge across our fastener & stock range
Keep counter/showroom organized and assist with stock management
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Requirements
5 O Levels (English & Maths); Diploma in Sales/Marketing an advantage
2 years counter sales experience in hardware engineering steel or auto spares
Knowledge of bolt grades metric/imperial measurements & power tools
Fluent in English & Ndebele (Shona a plus)
Computer literate
