Job Summary
-System Technical Customization & Alignment: Standard Intake Mapping Classification Tool Integration Minimum Data Set Optimization and Indicator Bank Programming.
-Coordination & Information Security: Anonymization and Safety Guardrails and Horizontal Inter-Agency Pathways.
-Capacity Building & Handover: Training System Rollout Support and Documentation.

Inception Report: Detailed work plan and architectural mapping.

Requirements
Advanced degree in Information/Computer Science Statistics;
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing data systems.
Strong Linux/DevOps skills and Ansible proficiency.
Expertise in GBV data management.
Demonstrated mastery of survivor-centered approaches and the "Do No Harm" principle in digital contexts.
Proven experience navigating Zimbabwe data policy frameworks and multi-sectoral institutional environments.
Languages:
Excellent communication skills in English and Shona and/or Ndebele.
Required Skills:
Bachelors in Accounting / Finance 25 years UAE experience preferred IFRS VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge ERP & Excel proficiency Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
