-Good technical trouble shooting problem-solving and administrative skills are essential.

Requirements
Applicants must be holders of a First Degree in Computer Science/Electronic/Information Technology or equivalent plus at least five (5) years post qualification experience OR a Masters Degree in Computer Science/Electronic/Information Technology or Equivalent plus at least two (2) years post qualification experience.
-Providing first-line Information Technology related support to staff members and students in the Faculty.
-Assisting in the smooth running of the Local Area Network by configuring the network points providing cabling solutions as needed and troubleshooting problems. Maintaining inventory and updating software settings.
-Troubleshooting and diagnosing basic problems with computer equipment.
-Enforcing procedures for use of equipment o computer laboratory and the use of equipment supplies software and hardware.
-Repairing and maintaining computer equipment in the Faculty
-Ensuring the security and safety of Laboratory Assets.
-Maintaining and controlling equipment and software in Laboratories and offices within the Faculty.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and articulation skills spoken and written Strong logical and business reasoning able to connect what the customer wants to what needs to be built Comfortable learning to prompt AI tools effectively (training will be provided; curiosity matters more than prior exposure) Willing to travel locally/regionally for client visits Based in or willing to relocate to Surat. Nice-to-Haves Prior exposure to ed-tech school ecosystems or customer-facing roles Basic familiarity with AI tools even as an end-user Interest in the intersection of business education and technology Qualifications Any graduate Business English Mass Communication or related fields preferred
