Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the supply chain management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels tracking shipments and coordinating with vendors to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to logistics performance cost management and delivery timelines to support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical challenges and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities contracts and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the planning and execution of distribution strategies to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional work experience in business management or a related supply chain field.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of supply chain principles logistics coordination and business support functions.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate successfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in using standard office software and data management tools for reporting and analysis.
- Be located in or willing to work within Harare Zimbabwe with a commitment to professional excellence.
