Install configure and maintain computers servers printers and other IT hardware.
Install monitor and troubleshoot CCTV cameras NVRs and DVRs.
Configure and support LAN/WAN networks Wi-Fi access points routers switches and firewalls.
Provide technical assistance for point-of-sale systems and retail applications.
Troubleshoot hardware software internet connectivity and network problems promptly.
Perform regular system backups software upgrades and preventive maintenance tasks.
Monitor network and CCTV system performance across multiple company locations.
Maintain accurate inventories of IT equipment and update technical documentation.
Support end-users remotely and on-site as needed.
Ensure strict adherence to IT security policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Networking or a related discipline.
At least three years of relevant IT experience preferably within a retail environment.
Hands-on experience with CCTV systems computer networking and hardware maintenance.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems server management Microsoft Office and remote support tools.
Experience supporting point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capability to work independently and travel between company locations as required.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond quickly to technical incidents.
