Require a TRADE FOREMEN – CONSTRUCTION in Lusaka , Zambia

• Supervise and coordinate artisans skilled workers and labourers within the assigned trade.
  
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress.
  
• Ensure work is completed according to required quality standards drawings specifications and timelines.
  
• Monitor the proper use of materials tools and equipment.
  
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Identify and report defects delays material requirements and technical issues.
  
• Ensure workers follow health and safety requirements and use appropriate PPE.
  
• Monitor workmanship and minimise material wastage and rework.
  
• Provide regular progress updates to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
  
• Maintain discipline teamwork and professionalism on site.
  

• Proven practical experience in the relevant trade.
  
• Previous experience supervising artisans workers or construction teams.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction processes materials tools and equipment.
  
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
  
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements is an advantage.
  
• Trade Certificate or relevant technical qualification is an added advantage.
  
• Previous experience in residential commercial or large-scale construction projects is an added advantage.
