Job Summary
Effectively evaluate loan applications.
Track and maintain accurate credit and loan information.
Identify and acquire new clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and support client retention.
Effectively manage debt collection.
Requirements
Recently completed a degree in Finance Economics Business Management or Marketing.
Good judgement of character with the ability to assess customers reliability accurately when determining loan eligibility.
Interpersonal skills to cultivate and strengthen existing customer relationships and build new relationships with potential customers.
Verbal and written communication skills to explain loan terms clearly and ensure customers understand them fully.
Decision-making skills to evaluate customers loan applications and determine whether to approve their loans.
Experience in SME lending and a drivers licence are added advantages.
