You want to: - be our operation master for West Coast cities and take care of for our operation in new cities (Austin, Dallas, Bay Area) - continuously take ownership for these cities after the launch - coordinate all our operational activities together with the city manager to ensure a great experience for our customers including on the ground logistics management - establish and live our culture of a fun and productive work environment - work closely with our development team and share feedback from users and the local community to improve our product - train, develop and supervise our local service teams to make the numbers go through the roof even more You: - are a problem solver with hands-on mentality - like to build things from the scratch - are analytical and data-driven with problem-solving skills: you can constantly analyze changes, reexamine and reevaluate decisions and the direction we are headed - are a persuasive and entrepreneurial personality with passion for startups and challenges - are extremely well organized, 100% accountable and have phenomenal communication skills - are highly motivated, driven and proactive in looking above and beyond - are experienced in multinational companies preferably including a share economy experience or logistics is a plus We offer: - a high level of responsibility from the very first day - a highly motivated and skilled team of top performers - to become part of a fast-growing technology company - a competitive salary If this is your job, please apply to: [email protected]
