Our client is a leading global provider of solutions to the apparel and textile industry with a strong international presence. As part of their continued growth they are seeking a Technical Services Executive to provide technical service product application support and customer solutions across the garment and textile industry in Vietnam.

Technical Services Executive

Based in Hung Yen Province Vietnam

ORGANIZATION: You will be responsible for providing technical services and application support to garment and textile customers. Working closely with customers sales and internal technical teams you will support product recommendations technical problem-solving customer training and product trials while helping to strengthen customer relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical services and application support to garment and textile customers.
  
• Conduct thread and trims audits training programmes workshops consumption analysis and product trials.
  
• Support customers with product recommendations and application solutions.
  
• Deliver technical presentations and seminars to customers and brands.
  
• Build relationships with customer teams across development production and quality.
  
• Support sales teams with technical input product development and new product introduction.
  
• Assist with technical problem-solving and customer complaint resolution.
  

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Garment Textile or a related discipline preferred.
  
• 2-3 years of experience in the garment/textile or related industry.
  
• Good understanding of garment/textile production and applications.
  
• Proactive customer-oriented approach with the ability to work closely with sales and technical teams.
  
• Comfortable working directly with customers and presenting technical information.
  
• Good Chinese communication skills are essential as the role involves regular interaction with Chinese-speaking customers.
  
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
