Technical Service Engineer Technician

Technical Support & Customer Service

• Provide technical recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations testing and customer training on proper application of Sika products.
• Support customers and technicians in resolving technical issues at site.
• Ensure timely and professional technical service to maintain customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship & Market Support

• Maintain regular contact with key customers and support business development activities.
• Monitor market trends competitor products and customer feedback.
• Report significant field issues new opportunities and competitive information to the line manager.

Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

• Coordinate and support technicians during testing trials and project activities.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure effective knowledge transfer to Technical and Sales teams.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.

Reporting & Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate reports technical records and activity documentation.
• Be accountable for assigned projects activities and proper use of company equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and documentation.

Compliance Safety & Other Duties

• Comply with company regulations legal requirements and EHS standards.
• Follow workplace safety and occupational hygiene requirements during all site activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Building Materials; high school diploma
• Experience: Experience in the field of technical or QA/QC in Civil construction or similar field; graduates with good skills and can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of concrete and cement technology familiar with construction materials testing skills.
• Skills: Good organization skills and communication skills. Is hard-working reliable can work under pressure.
• English: Preferred candidates with fair English communication skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently.
