Job Summary

Deliver technical training to newly hired Sales employees.
Provide advanced product training to experienced Sales employees particularly for high-end products and solutions.
Support Sales teams and customers in handling technical questions related to the companys products.
Provide technical consultation to help customers optimize product performance and application.
Conduct initial product training for customers following product purchase.
Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably in Automation Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related discipline.
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with approximately one to three years of relevant experience.
Good Chinese communication skills are required; English proficiency is considered an advantage.
Proactive positive responsible and customer-oriented with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Quality Safety Management or an engineering-related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 ISO standards and Vietnam laboratory accreditation requirements under BoA/VILAS (or equivalent frameworks) Proven experience with quality management systems and international quality and safety standards is preferred. Experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) is an advantage. Strong English communication skills. Excellent organizational problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities. Mature team player with high self-discipline a results-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership capability.
