Job Summary

Job Purpose:

Ricoh is seeking an enthusiastic software implementation Intern with a strong passion for technology to join our Digital Services this role you will be mentored by experienced technical manager and senior consultants to learn how to translate business requirements into practical operational systems.

This position is heavily focused on technical skill-building and hands-on practice allocating approximately 100% your focus to understanding business processes and to guided technical learning system configuration and solution implementation on the Microsoft Power Platform & No-Code ECM.


Duties and Responsibilities:


System Configuration: Assist in setting up environments and managing data structures. Participate in internal R&D activities to explore new platform features and build internal Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Workflow Development: Learn to design and implement robust business logic and automated workflows using Power Automate or ECM Platforms under strict guidance.
Integration & Scripting (Hands-on): Dive into the basics of system integration (ERP CRM etc.) via iPaaS Connectors REST API and Webhooks. Assist in writing and troubleshooting utility scripts (e.g. XML JSON) for data processing.



Requirements

1. Education & Experience

3rd or 4th-year university students or fresh graduates with a Bachelors/Associates degree in IT Management Information Systems Software Engineering or related technical fields.
No prior professional experience is required but academic projects related to system administration software development or workflow automation are a strong plus.


2. Core Skills (Technical Focus)

Microsoft Power Platform/ECM (Mandatory): A strong technical curiosity and willingness to deep dive into building solutions using MS Power Apps Power Automate or ECM systems.
System & Logic (Optional): Good foundational understanding of software architecture databases and logical processing. Familiarity with basic scripting or APIs is highly preferred.

3. Soft Skills & Mindset

Problem-solving: Proactive attitude with a strong capability to independently research and troubleshoot technical issues.
Mindset: Careful meticulous and highly responsible for technical accuracy and system stability.
Language: Basic English reading and comprehension skills for researching technical documentation.
