Smart Electrical Solutions Project Manager – Hotels & Commercial Buildings

• Lead business development and project management activities for branded lighting solutions residential electrical devices such as switches sockets and smart devices as well as Smart Home solutions including lighting control access control doorbell monitoring air-conditioning control curtain control and audio control systems for premium hotels resorts office buildings and high-end villas.
  
• Identify develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and project stakeholders including investors construction contractors design consultants architects and other relevant partners.
  
• Provide project consulting services gather customer requirements and work closely with the technical team to develop optimal technical solutions tailored to each project.
  
• Prepare tender documents quotation proposals and technical submissions in accordance with tender requirements. Monitor the tendering process and recommend appropriate solutions to improve the likelihood of successful bidding.
  
• Coordinate with the Contract Execution and Accounting teams throughout contract implementation including contract negotiation equipment handover testing and commissioning payment follow-up and resolution of project-related issues.
  
• Receive and promptly address customer feedback and complaints working with relevant departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
  

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Systems Electrical & Electronic Engineering Automation or another relevant discipline.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in sales business development or project development within lighting solutions premium Smart Home systems electrical equipment elevators high-end interior solutions or related industries.
  
• Experience in tendering and in implementing or managing construction hotel resort office building or similar projects is an advantage.
  
• Candidates with an established network among investors design consultants architects contractors or relevant project decision-makers will be highly preferred.
  
• Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills with a proactive responsible and results-driven mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
