Our client is a fast-growing AI technology company developing high-performance software infrastructure for next-generation AI computing who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as Senior Technical Project Manager.
The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating highly technical engineering projects involving LLM inference optimization GPU performance engineering and distributed AI serving.
This is a hands-on technical project management role rather than a purely administrative PM position. The role will work closely with senior engineers and technical leaders across Vietnam overseas headquarters and global partner teams to translate ambitious engineering goals into structured plans clear milestones consistent execution and measurable results. Take end-to-end ownership of engineering projects from statement of work project kick-off and execution through to final performance reporting working closely with technical leads throughout the project lifecycle.
Define project scope milestones deliverables and acceptance criteria together with engineers researchers and customer-facing teams including technical performance targets such as throughput and latency on specific hardware configurations.
Establish and maintain an effective operating cadence across the project portfolio through regular project meetings leadership reviews and status reporting ensuring project progress and health remain transparent from engineering teams to senior management.
Coordinate projects across multiple locations time zones and organizations acting as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
Proactively identify and manage project risks including shared GPU resource constraints urgent customer benchmark requests and rapidly changing model priorities; adjust plans and priorities to minimize blockers and maintain engineering productivity.
Facilitate Agile practices appropriate for research-intensive engineering environments where requirements and priorities may evolve rapidly.
Promote a team culture built around ownership transparency collaboration and open technical discussion.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar Project Management or Technical Project Management position.
Proven project management experience preferably within software engineering technology or other highly technical environments.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple technical teams and stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques for project planning progress tracking risk management and reporting
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or related technologies is preferred.
Understanding of high-performance computing technologies particularly GPU computing and distributed systems is considered an advantage.
Experience working with international teams overseas headquarters or global enterprise customers is preferred.
PMP certification or an equivalent Project Management qualification is considered an advantage.

Required Skills:
University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Computer Science Information Technology or other related fields. Experience in designing implementing and operating DR/DC systems. Strong experience operating servers and VMware virtualization infrastructure. Experience with Linux and system services. Experience operating Nginx proxy systems. Experience and knowledge of Windows services and servers. Experience working with backup systems and solutions. Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix SolarWinds. Knowledge of log collection analysis and visualization tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Splunk etc. Knowledge of networking and security is an advantage. Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible Puppet or Chef is an advantage. Scripting skills (e.g. Bash Python PowerShell). Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases is an advantage. Knowledge of container orchestration and management tools like Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage. Preference for international certifications in systems networking or security fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in System Administration or similar roles. Preference for experience in securities finance banking or insurance sectors.
