Senior Structural Engineer

On behalf of our client we are hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to support their structural engineering team. Our client is a leading European engineering consultancy specializing in structural design civil infrastructure and BIM solutions across global markets.

Joining the team as a Senior Structural Engineer you will analyze building structures and perform structural design in accordance with international engineering codes. You will deliver structural models calculations reports and drawings while collaborating with BIM Engineers Project Managers and cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project excellence.

• Analyze building structures and execute structural designs according to Eurocode ACI and TCVN standards across all project stages with minimal supervision.
  

• Prepare 3D structural models calculation sheets technical reports and drawings in English and Vietnamese.
  

• Collaborate with BIM Engineers and drafters to ensure structural requirements are correctly integrated into 3D models and drawings including evaluating MEP opening impacts.
  

• Review and validate your own design deliverables mentor junior team members and suggest continuous process improvements.
  

• Conduct site surveys or building inspections independently and assist the commercial team in scoping technical fees for new proposals.
  

Job Requirements

Technical skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  

• 24 years of practical experience in structural analysis and design for building projects.
  

• Solid understanding of structural statics engineering principles and standard structural analysis software.
  

• Working knowledge of international and local design codes (Eurocode ACI or TCVN).
  

• Ability to review drawings and independently evaluate structural impacts.
  

Soft skills:

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken); basic German is a plus.
  

• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  

• Proactive detail-oriented and able to work efficiently with limited supervision.
  

• Excellent teamwork and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
