Our client is a leading global construction firm that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team.
- Take responsibility for managing Revit models guiding junior team members on project standards and ensuring accountability for all assigned deliverables.
- Coordinate with project-level Engineering and BIM leaders to manage the modelling teams workload priorities and outputs.
- Work closely with international teams based in Hong Kong Singapore and Australia on a daily basis.
- Independently develop BIM models and 2D deliverables for routine tasks while supervising and supporting other team members.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet project requirements corporate standards and coordination requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with team members and project managers regarding workloads progress and deliverable deadlines.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project coordination and conduct virtual design reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues within the models.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Common Data Environment (CDE) standards.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP.
- Proven experience working as a BIM Coordinator with a strong understanding of BIM 360 Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks.
- 5-8 years of experience working on complex projects.
- College diploma or bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Programming skills in Python C Dynamo or are expected.
- Good written and spoken communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience working on large and complex projects in markets such as Hong Kong Singapore or Australia is preferred.
