Job Summary
Our client a leading global company in the industrial automation sector is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Sales Engineer.
Participate in an intensive training program to build knowledge of new technologies and industrial automation products.
Proactively identify and approach potential customers production lines and businesses that may have demand for automation solutions.
Contact prospective customers using the companys existing database to understand their operational challenges and arrange meetings.
Work closely with the Technical team to conduct product demonstrations at customer sites and technology exhibitions.
Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms and support the contract signing process.
Provide after-sales support and maintain relationships with customers after product delivery.
Bachelors degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply.
Good command of Chinese is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
Strong communication skills a proactive mindset and a positive can-do attitude are essential.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Quality Safety Management or an engineering-related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 ISO standards and Vietnam laboratory accreditation requirements under BoA/VILAS (or equivalent frameworks) Proven experience with quality management systems and international quality and safety standards is preferred. Experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) is an advantage. Strong English communication skills. Excellent organizational problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities. Mature team player with high self-discipline a results-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership capability.
