Job Summary
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability in line with hotel objectives brand standards and market demand.
- Monitor market trends performance and distribution channels providing recommendations and adjustments to optimize room rates inventory and overall revenue.
- Support the GM and Hotel Management in strategic planning budgeting forecasting and achieving or exceeding the hotels revenue targets.
- Oversee the Revenue & Reservation Department ensuring effective daily operations accurate handling of reservations and adherence to revenue management processes.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Hotel Management Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry with strong analytical market research forecasting and revenue optimization skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
