YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring quality timeline cost and customersatisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev QA BA etc.) for effective projecTimplementation.
• Communicate negotiate and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.
• Participate in project planning scope control and risk assessment.
• Provide training guidance and mentoring to Junior/Fresher PMs.
• Regularly report project status to upper management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience in project management managing Fixed-Price(Project-Based) projects.
• Proven skills in communication and stakeholder management especially withinternational or enterprise clients.
• Strong problem-solving decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Logical mindset accountability proactivity and strong commitment to outcomes.
• Proficient in English especially in client communication and readingdocumentation

- Nice to have:

• Technical background (e.g. Developer QA BA) or strong understanding ofsoftware products.
• Experience with Dedicated or ODSC project models.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP PMI-ACP Scrum Master etc.)
