Our client who is a fast growing Retail company in Vietnam is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm.
- Develop propose and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze budgets implement cost control measures and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
- Oversee all production activities including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
- Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.
- Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.
- Manage approximately 150 employees.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Automation or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management.
- Experience working in industrial manufacturing companies in the electrical electronics mechanical or related industries.
- Experience in electrical panels is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Customer-focused results-driven and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Preferably born in 1985 or later.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM5:20 PM Monday to Friday.

Required Skills:
Fluent in English with at least 5 years of production management experience. Background in electrical electronics mechanical or industrial manufacturing; electrical panel experience is preferred. Strong leadership people management analytical and problem-solving skills. Male candidates are preferred; preferably born in 1985 or later.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Automation Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
